MediaMind is currently a pre-launch marketing website. The interactive concept uses sample media. It does not read your files, access your microphone, or run an AI model.

What the waitlist stores

After you submit and consent to updates, we store your email, chosen language, submission time, and consent version to provide early-access and product news. Duplicate addresses are not added twice. This page does not send a confirmation email.

Online signup, local media

Your waitlist email is sent to our server and processed by the configured hosting and database services. The host may process necessary access logs. To limit abuse, the endpoint uses a short-lived, non-reversible network-address digest for rate limiting. Raw IP addresses are not stored with signups, and emails are not publicly readable.

The planned MediaMind app keeps media and embeddings on your device. That design applies to media indexing and search; it does not mean waitlist emails are stored only in your browser. This website collects no media and sends no media to Google.

Traffic and demand validation

On Cloudflare, we aggregate daily visits, demo clicks, waitlist clicks and successful submissions. We save only the date, page category, language, source category and count, without visitor IDs or analytics cookies. These are event counts, not unique visitors; new signups are measured from the deduplicated waitlist. Raw IP addresses are not written to analytics rows; short-lived address digests are used for rate limiting. The browser sends no frontend analytics when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled.

When Google Analytics is configured, we ask for your choice before loading its script or using analytics cookies. It measures traffic and signup conversions without receiving email addresses, media files, search text or full query strings. Advertising personalization is disabled. You can withdraw through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. The local library does not load website analytics.

Updates and opting out

We use your address for the MediaMind updates you consented to, not for sale or public display. Future product emails will include a way to opt out; you can also reply to request deletion of your email. We will update this notice if the data use or service providers materially change before launch.
